Verity McCormick

Verity studied Drama and Theatre studies at the University of Surrey. Verity graduated July 2003 with BA Honours degree. She has a LAMDA Level 3 Certificate in Speech and Drama performance studies. Verity taught for 10 years at a London performing arts school, teaching ages 3-18yrs. She is also an actor and voice over artist for Lawyers Network Television. Verity has always had a passion for the performing arts and theatre. She believes that the performing arts play a vital role in education, inspiring children just as they inspired her to found Theatre Arts UK in 2009.

Liz Donnelly

Liz qualified with a BA hons in Drama from the University of Winchester, Throughout 15 years in the Arts industry, Liz has performed with many production companies, written and directed original pieces, founded and became director of 'Drama Class' - a workshop project to enhance performance skills and practitioner knowledge. Liz found an interest and passion for the therapeutic effects of performing arts; as it embraces creativity, confidence, emotional and social development. As a Drama Instructor of 5 years, Liz has been delivering workshops to a range of people of different ages and abilities, in a variety of settings including; Schools, theatres, community drama groups, care homes and a national performing arts School. Liz especially enjoys teaching drama to children, as she finds it rewarding to encourage a child to perform, and then over time watch them grow with empowerment and beam with self-confidence. Dawn Watmore

Dawn trained professionally for 3 years at Performers Dance College. After graduating in 2008 she has worked within many strands of the industry including, adverts for T-Mobile, filming for MTV and a variety of tours including dancing on a UK sell out tour with N-Dubz and Tinchy Stryder. Having gained her teaching qualifications while at dance college, Dawn has always had a passion for working with children and really enjoys being able to teach and inspire them to get the most out of their dancing while having fun. She is really looking forward to being involved with Theatre Arts UK!

In the event that circumstances beyond our control prevent sessions from running due to school or venue closures. We will not be able to offer any sort of refund for the missed sessions. As this is something completely out of yours and our control, and in fact, something which is being forced upon us in the case of public safety. We would, however, endeavour to do our best to replace missed sessions at the end of the term.

My staff and I are determined to try and continue the smooth running of Theatre Arts. We endeavour to continue provide your child with the best performing arts service.
